Renew Croxley offers a quiet, shared space where it is ok not to be ok. We meet every Thursday between 9.30am and 11.45am during term time (subject to current covid restrictions - please see our Church Calendar for more details) in the main worship space at the front of the church on Baldwin’s Lane. We are connected with the national charity Renew Wellbeing.
At Renew there is always a warm welcome and someone to listen. We encourage people to foster their own emotional and mental wellbeing by bringing a hobby or interest to share with others, in addition to providing similar activities and simple refreshments for our guests. We have a short time of quiet for reflection, prayer or meditation for those who wish to join in and are also able to signpost further support for those who may want it.
We believe we are all on a sliding scale of mental wellbeing and ill health due to the pressures of life and so these wellbeing practices benefit us all.
If you’d like to find out more please email us or contact Sara on 07816 830058 or Rachel on 07795 285638.
